How long may it takes to finish assembly?

It depends on the products you've purchased. The suggested time for assembly is listed behind every products!
Is there any tool needed?

Nope! Everything you need is prepared in the box, including wood glue, craft knife and brushes for painting and duct tapes to set the parts and every parts you need. Just open the package and enjoy it!
It's hard to put parts together?

you may gently sand the edges of the wooden pieces after removing them from the sheets, in order to avoid damaging and to better fit. And do not force if it doesn't fit easily, take it easy, this sure takes time!
Is this safe for kids?

Most of our parts and tools provided shows little harm to kids, but be cautious to keep knife away from kids and be cautious about swallowing or eyes-contact of wood glue and sawdust produced during assembly!

What if I want to return

No problem! We offer free insurance to protect your order. So if you'd like to return, here are some of the conditions to be agreed:

1) The goods must be with the original package, and with original delivery waybill.

2) When you offered a return, you need to post it by the specific post company to specific address. The address and post company will be notified after your return offer was given.

3) The return offer should be charged in 30days after you received it, and be awared that return offer should be "refund and return". Only then can your return offer be effective to get refund!!

4) The returnable goods should not be severely damaged (the Parts inside box should be only mildly damaged, parts are still basically functional).

5) If you applied many return offers in one purchase, only can the first return offer in every purchase offer be free-shippment!
